So, every so often, you meet a baby that makes you work until your spine aches. Every shot takes great care, patience and consideration. The reward is always a great gallery for mom & dad and a reminder that sometimes your job is extremely hard.
On the other hand, there are times when you will meet a baby who would let you photograph them in a refrigerator, on a burlap sack, with a fan, on a train, going 100 miles an hour….they’re like an owl, they just don’t give a hoot. (Disclosure, no I don’t photograph my babies in a refrigerator, on a burlap sack, with a fan, on a train, going 100 miles an hour.)
Miss Aubree was one of those babies. She went from the car seat, to the first, second, third and fourth set, ate a little bit, then fifth and sixth set. I had to make up new sets on the spot!
Was absolutely a blast to play with an easy going baby, all methods of comfort worked like a charm and every single prop I wanted to showcase, she was happy to model it.
And then my favorite part, she was also happy to appease me with, cuddling a bit after the session while mommy & daddy pack up the diaper bag.
So, everyone, meet Aubree!
